Lynette McEvoy, PHR, SHRM-CP
Director of Human Resources
Lynette has been in the role of Human Resources Director for the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese since 2015 and brought with her an extensive career in Human Resources within the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Lynette achieved a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development at Villanova University, has two current Human Resources certifications and is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Blair County and the Society for Human Resources Management.
As the Director of Human Resources, Lynette provides leadership, guidance, and support to clergy members and employees in all Human Resources-related matters.
Allison Raymond
Executive Assistant
Allison serves as the Executive Assistant to both the Human Resources Office and Children and Youth Protection Office.
Ms. Raymond has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in English from Mount Aloysius College.
Allison comes with an extensive administrative background supporting various high-level directors, executives, and others across various industries to include healthcare, banking, and the dental field. She has always been passionate about serving and assisting others and helping those in need.
As the Executive Assistant to the HR & CYP Office, Allison will be able to assist you in answering questions you may have or direct you to the right person who can.
